Virtual Farmer Shop Talks: Annual forages

Join in for Virtual Farmer Shop Talks, where you can meet up with other farmers interested in crop and livestock integration. Each session will start with a Minnesota farmer pitching their question to the group; the rest of the session is what you make of it. You can share your experience with others, ask your own questions, or sit back and learn from your farmer peers. 

• Nov. 9, 12-1pm: How can you maximize your row crop ground and pasture to extend the grazing season? Pitched by Amber Britz.
• Nov. 12, 12-1pm: How do you make annual forages work? Pitched by Kelly and Jeremy of Coon Creek Cattle Co.
• Nov. 13, 12-1pm: Grazing with virtual fence on others’ land – How to handle infrastructure and logistics? Pitched by Leah Matzke.
