GrassWorks is a grassroots membership association. As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, GrassWorks links farmers with the resources they need to be successful graziers.

Your tax-deductible membership will help us to:

  • Educate and mobilize farmers and citizens to advocate for grass-based farming practices, policies, and products.
  • Design and implement practical programming in cooperation with partnering farmers, non-profit, and government organizations.
  • Build community through our grazing conference, annual picnic, regional pasture-walks, mentorship program, and Wisconsin schools of grazing.

Types of Membership

Agricultural Membership – Voting: This membership is open to livestock producers and/or agricultural landowners. Each Agricultural Membership is entitled to one vote at our annual meeting and members may serve on our Board of Directors. 

Associate Membership – Non-Voting: This membership is a open to non-producers who are looking to support grazing and grassland agriculture. Associate members are not eligible to vote at our annual meeting, but may serve on our Board of Directors.
