The Healthy Herd: Integrated Grazing and Health Scoring

At this workshop they will bring a regenerative farmer together with their meat processor to discuss field to plate. They will cover pasture management and how it affects carcass yield. Cliff McConville of All Grass Farms and Matthew Simms of This Old Farm will be available to answer any questions you may have about grazing and producing clean meat.
