Come learn about FAITH CDC at Marbleseed’s Changemaker Field Day!

Marbleseed’s 2025 Changemaker — Families Anchored in Total Harmony (FAITH) CDC — are partnering with us on a Field Day you won’t want to miss! Join us at Faith Farms and Orchard in Gary, Indiana to learn more about how FAITH CDC accomplishes their mission of uplifting their local community through food access and health equity. This Field Day includes a farm tour — as you walk from station to station you’ll learn in-depth about FAITH CDC’s youth training, fresh/frozen, and food is medicine programs.
Based in Gary, Ind., FAITH CDC (Families Anchored in Total Harmony) is an organization dedicated to uplifting communities through initiatives in food justice, social justice, environmental sustainability, economic development, and health equity. The organization aims to elevate marginalized voices and build a resilient, inclusive community where everyone has equal access to opportunities and resources. Marbleseed was proud to present FAITH CDC with the Changemaker recognition at this year’s Marbleseed Organic Farming Conference. This award was in recognition of FAITH CDC’s impactful food and environmental justice work in northwest Indiana.
