Great River Graziers is a peer to peer learning network of graziers in Southwest Wisconsin, primarily centered around Crawford County. For our pasture walks, we ask that the host come with a question or situation in which they are looking to improve. The attendees will play a large role in offering assistance, advice, knowledge, and experience to help answer the host’s question or improve their situation.

This is an active learning opportunity for all present, not a showcase.

For Ryan’s topic, we will discuss how to extend the grazing season and limit the amount of days spent feeding hay to beef cattle through stockpiling and other grazing methods.
