GrazeHERS: Hands-on grazing education for women
May 14 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
GrazeHERs is designed for women at all stages of livestock and pasture management—from those just getting started to those refining an established operation. The program focuses on practical, hands-on learning, peer connection, and building confidence in grazing decision-making.
Participants will attend four live virtual sessions on May 14, 21, 28, and June 4, where they’ll cover topics such as pasture management, soil fertility, livestock nutrition, and grazing math. The program wraps up with an on-farm field day in June, with two location options: Port-Haven Farm (June 11 in Sleepy Eye, MN) or Little Timber Farm (June 16 in Blackduck, MN). Registration includes all sessions as well as lunch at the in-person event.
