Jeremie Favre and Ellen Geisler began a commercial meat sheep ranch centered around managed grazing in 2022. They are eager to share their experiences with others interested in making a similar transition.

Come learn:

• How managed grazing provides excellent nutrition for productive livestock
• The importance of the right grass-legume mix
• How to raise prolific sheep that lamb every 8 months

A rainfall simulator will also demonstrate how different field management practices impact soil erosion and water infiltration.
