Midwest Meat Summit

The second annual Midwest Meat Summit, hosted by PFI in collaboration with the National Meat Summit Steering Committee, brings together every part of the meat supply chain to learn, network and build community.
Farmers, butchers and industry experts are invited to two days of hands-on technical and business assistance, valuable speaker sessions and ample time to mingle and connect.
The event takes place in Ankeny, Iowa, on June 17-18, with a bus tour on Day 1 to visit farms and a processor, followed by a local-foods dinner. The second day consists of breakout sessions and an exhibit hall. The summit is part of a national series of events dedicated to supporting meat value chains, from pasture to the plate.
