Jamie Patton, NRCS, will be discussing the principles and importance of soil health across our agricultural landscapes.

10:45am – Nitrogen-Fixing Lightning Round

We will do a rapid fire approach to several regenerative agriculture topics including:

• Cover Crop Seed Mixes
• Flown-over Cover Crops
• Local UWEX Resources
• Compaction Management
• Grazing Cover Crops Program

1pm – Farmer Panel and Open Discussion

We will have 5 of your local farmers and producers telling their soil health journey to regenerative agriculture.

1:45pm – 9 Key Element Plan

Sheboygan County Planning and Conservation will discuss Pigeon River, the 9 Key Element Plan, and next steps moving forward.
