DESCRIPTION:This pasture walk is laid back and we welcome all farmers no matter your experience level to come ask questions and help guide the conversation to what you are most interested in. \n\n\n\nLeslie operates a cow-calf operation utilizing managed rotational grazing\, and also custom grazes steers and heifers on an additional property. In addition\, he has experience with direct marketing his beef to consumers! \n\n\n\nOther topics of interest could be: \n\n\n\n\nHow to get started with rotational grazing\n\n\n\nThe benefits of rotational grazing\n\n\n\nThings that have worked or not on Leslie’s farm\n\n\n\nOpportunities for graziers\n\n\n\n\nBrooke Patrick\, Grazing Specialist with Golden Sands RC&D will be on site to help answer any questions about the grazing planning process and to provide additional grazing resource.
