Saturday\, April 129:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Join for a full day of farm financials training with two of the most sought-after farm business experts – Paul Dietmann\, Senior Lending Officer at Compeer Financial\, and Andrew Larson\, Farm Program Manager at the Food Finance Institute. This workshop uses a comprehensive agribusiness curriculum\, each attendee will get to take home a brand-new copy of the coveted Fearless Farm Finances book. Breakfast and lunch are provided. During the evening\, participants are invited to join an optional group dinner outing to get to know your new farmer friends! Sunday\, April 139:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.Day two of the New Farmer U training includes guest speakers and trainers focused on helping farmers to tell their farm story and improve their marketing tools. Topics such as website development and how to build a thriving food and farm business will be covered. Farmer wellness\, mental health and legal resources will be shared.
