SUMMARY:GrassWorks Summer Picnic and Pasture Walk
DESCRIPTION:GrassWorks is hosting its annual picnic and pasture walk in Belleville\, WI\, on August 22nd from 10AM to 3PM. The morning begins at Paris Family Dairy with a pasture walk highlighting dairy herd genetics\, forage diversity\, and composting for productive pastures. After the pasture walk\, participants will gather at Exeter Park for a local lunch catered by Brix Cider. A short grazing presentation will cover watershed health and dairy co-op opportunities. The family-friendly day wraps up with an ice cream social\, offering plenty of time for conversation and networking within the managed-grazing community.  \n\n\n\nGuest speakers for the day include Erik Harris of Clear View Regenerative Farms\, Randy Zogbaum of DATCP\, and JD Greenwalt of Westby Cooperative Creamery.
