SUMMARY:Webinar: 0% EQIP Bridge Loan Program\, Info and Q&A Session
DESCRIPTION:The SHOT Fund – a joint initiative of the Regenerative Agriculture Foundation and RuralClimate Partnership – is pleased to host this webinar about our 0% interest Bridge LoanProgram for the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP). The program is led bypartners at Food Systems 6.EQIP provides a cost share reimbursement to farmers\, ranchers\, and landowners who installeligible conservation practices that promote soil health\, water quality\, and biological diversity. One of the major challenges of the program\, however\, is the requirement that participants payfor the entire cost of practice installation upfront and out-of-pocket.The EQIP Bridge Loan program provides landowners and farmers with flexible funding to coverthe upfront costs of installing EQIP practices. Designed specifically for recipients of NRCSEQIP awards\, our bridge loans have no fees\, no penalties\, and no interest. We will work withyou to create a custom loan agreement that meets your needs and tracks the same timeline asyour EQIP contract. If you are interested in applying for the program\, please complete this shortpre-application form. This 1-hour webinar will feature members of the SHOT Fund team and experts from FoodSystems 6 who will cover: \n\n\n\n● What is the SHOT Fund?● What is the current status of EQIP funding?● What is the SHOT Fund’s EQIP Bridge Loan Program?● What can I expect during the application process?● Q&A \n\n\n\nPlease register for this webinar at https://bit.ly/EQIPZeroWebinar and share with anyone in yournetwork who may be interested in this bridge loan program.
